Purpose:

Contributes to the overall success of Distribution Services in Global Operations in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Supports the departments management team with delegation of assignments and tasks • Required to provide expert advice and counsel to the partner base for all distribution services matters by liaising with stakeholders and responding to their questions, requests and complaints. • Manage shared inboxes ensuring all emails are actioned within specified SLAs. Initiate and manage all special deliver/pick up requests while keeping management and stakeholders informed. • Responsible for the day-to -day processing of incoming couriers and bulk deliveries via SendSuite and to coordinate deliveries accurately, efficiently and within the established SLAs. • Manage team responsible for drop off/pick up of internal mail, couriers, Canada Post, bulk material and equipment for the downtown Toronto core offices as well as the GTA locations.

• Detailed knowledge of mail room logistics • Proven ability to effectively manage an office environment and people • Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures • Working ability to manage several priorities simultaneously • Thorough PC skills for standard programs (i.e.. Microsoft Office) • Working knowledge of Bank’s structure and organization • Ability to work independently

Work Arrangement:

This is a fully on-site position. The incumbent works in a production mail room environment. The position can be physical with the lifting of heavy objects(up to 75 pounds), bulk packages, mailings, etc. There can be stress resulting from tight deadlines and service obligations and requirements. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. Occasional travel to our Mississauga and Scarborough office locations may be required.
