Plant Supervisor
About the role
This position is responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement while ensuring operational goals are achieved.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets. Coordinate daily work activities and ensure operational deadlines are met. Conduct performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions as required. Promote a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture. Investigate and report workplace incidents and support corrective actions. Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement methods (5 Why, 8D, Lean). Maintain effective communication with employees, customers, suppliers, and management. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. Proven leadership and team-building skills. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills.
Preferred
2-3 years of supervisory experience. Experience with metals, ISO standards, Lean manufacturing, or safety programs. Bachelor's degree, First Aid, or CPR certification.
