Overview Bursey Cleaners is seeking an experienced Building Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team for our HMP location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning and facilities upkeep, ensuring that our premises are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all building areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, and surface sanitization
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness standards according to company protocols and safety guidelines
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed to support overall facility upkeep
• Ensure all cleaning activities are completed within scheduled timeframes and adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
• A clear Criminal Records Check/ Letter of Conduct

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
