Evo Car Share is looking for 2 Coordinators, Parking Optimization & Administration!
As the Coordinator, Parking Optimization & Administration, you’ll play a key role in keeping Evo’s parking operations running smoothly. From coordinating and allocating parking spaces to supporting our car share program, you’ll help make sure members always have a seamless experience.
In this hybrid role, you’ll balance behind-the-scenes administration—like maintaining records and system data—with front-line support, responding to inquiries and ensuring processes are followed. Working closely with the Assistant Manager, you’ll help maximize the use of our parking spaces, support customers promptly, and contribute to Evo’s operational excellence.

- You are experienced in high-volume or customer service-driven environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and update parking databases and allocation systems, keeping records of space assignments, waitlists, permits, and car share usage accurate and up to date.
- Monitor daily space availability, identify inefficiencies, and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager as needed.
- Administer and monitor customer parking activities, ensuring smooth coordination, usage tracking, service reliability, ticketing, and overall customer support.
- Coordinate the assignment of parking stalls based on eligibility, priority criteria, and organizational needs.
- Support operational reviews and decision-making by assisting with reporting, audits, and data entry.
- Maintain backend system accuracy, documentation, and digital files.
- Respond to inbound and outbound member inquiries regarding parking procedures, availability, and ticketing.
- Troubleshoot common issues such as access problems, car share bookings, or payment concerns.
- Provide clear, courteous communication in person, by email, and by phone.
- Assist with car share fleet coordination, maintenance follow-ups, and user inquiries.
- Support Evo operations by coordinating special projects as assigned.
What You Bring:
- You are educated with a post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant field or bring 2–4 years of related operations experience.
- You are confident using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and if you’ve worked with parking or facility management systems, that’s a bonus.
- You are tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools.

The salary range for this position is $45,406.32 to $56,757.84 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
