Service Administrator, Full-Time

Job Location: FFUN Cars Saskatoon

As a Service Administrator, you’re not just answering phones or booking oil changes—you’re the voice that greets our customers, the organizer who makes sure no detail gets missed, and the teammate who helps our service crew deliver a top-notch experience every single time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for service customers—answering calls with a smile they can hear.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments (oil changes, brakes, and other minor repairs).
  • Follow up with customers regarding their experience to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints or concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain customer information database.
  • Support the service team with administrative tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
  • Keep the details straight—because in service, details matter.

Some Superhero Traits We Are Looking For

  • A natural people-person who’s comfortable on the phone.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Computer savvy—you’ll be using scheduling systems and email daily.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Previous experience in admin, reception, or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
