This position requires linguistic fluency. Priority will be given to candidates completely fluent in English and French.
The Opportunity
The Third Party Services Administrator, bilingual is responsible for updating loan information, processing solicitor final reports, and auditing registered charges on par with our Third Party guidelines.
How You Will Contribute
Update client and mortgage information in the internal mortgage system in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure registered documents are correct, auditing on par with our Third Party guidelines and request amendments as required Update internal mortgage system files with Final Report and Registration details Follow 120 day follow up procedure in order to obtain final report package from solicitors Liaise and answer external inquiries from solicitors and notaries Research and problem solve any discrepancies that arise Other duties as assigned by Management Adheres to policies/procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable
The Experience You Need
Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred Previous administration experience is an asset Strong attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask Demonstrated ability to work quickly and in a timely manner Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods Strong Communication and collaborative skills Demonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and objectives Bilingualism (French, English) required
Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis
Office environment Periods of high volume with tight timelines Long periods of stationary position/sitting Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e. using a keyboard and mouse) Long periods of time in viewing a computer screen Multi-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program.
