A Day in the Life Based in our Montreal office, you will own the strategy and operations for our B2B loyalty programs dedicated to salon owners and stylists. Reporting to the Data, Ecom and Loyalty Director and guiding a Loyalty Coordinator, you will be instrumental in a key transformation project: merging multiple loyalty clubs into one multi-brand program, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our professional partners.
- Strategic Leadership: You will lead the evolution and innovation of our loyalty programs, defining new benefits and business models to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Excellence: You will oversee the entire program lifecycle, from member acquisition to rewards management, ensuring a seamless digital experience and exceptional support.
- Performance Optimization: You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data to provide actionable insights for continuous program enhancement and business growth.
- Team Collaboration: You will work in close partnership with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams to align on strategic objectives and ensure flawless execution.

- Digital Acumen: A solid understanding of digital ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data interactions to drive a modern loyalty experience.
