About the role
Position: Scientific & Laboratory Operations Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50 - $70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Review and analyze scientific figures, laboratory reports, and experimental results for accuracy and clarity. Assess dashboards and scientific visualizations, providing expert feedback on integrity and presentation. Create rubrics and evaluation stems for interpreting complex industry documents and visual data. Interpret and summarize complex scientific information to support AI training dataset development. Document observations, highlight inconsistencies, and recommend improvements for scientific accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Requirements
Have strong relevant experience in scientific, laboratory, research, manufacturing, or quality environments. Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate scientific figures, experiment results, and technical publications. Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills applied to complex scientific content. Proficiency in reviewing dashboards, charts, and scientific visualizations for accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, focusing on clear documentation and feedback.
