Line Producer/Production Manager, Experiential Marketing
About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Liberty Village - Toronto, ON (Canada). Job Summary: The Line Producer manages the execution of an event with a focus on creating and maintaining timelines, manages vendor and talent relations, work with Event Producer and Finance teams to oversee budgets, be the point of contact for budgeting and timeline communications. Supports all production logistics from planning through to execution and wrap. Essential Skills & Attributes Project Management: ability to manage workflows, budgets, and timelines for production Financial Management: capability to oversee and manage financial resources for production Communication: proficiency to effectively communicate with crew and stakeholders Organizational, Time Management and Scheduling: capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage resources ensuring deadlines are met, plan and organize schedules Supervision and Interpersonal Skills: adeptness to oversee and direct crew members and handle conflicts and resolve issues Negotiation: aptitude to negotiate deals with vendors and suppliers Legal Knowledge – familiarity with relevant laws and regulations for production Key Responsibilities: Financial Management and Reporting Develop project estimate with vendor quotes Prepare Proposed Budget and Final Production Budget with Finance Support the Finance team on key document inputs (Event Plan, Playbook, Milestone, Wrap) Submit vendor invoices and process payment requests Tracking of event costs (weekly/monthly) with Finance team Finalize production budget and wrap report Project & Event Scheduling Develop workback schedules including key delivery dates Lead internal status meetings and oversee Monday.com board/workback updates Production Support Brief and support on all talent requirements Confirm vendor logistics, team or event travel and crew meals Assist with technical and venue needs Approve PM call sheets, run of show, production documents. Qualifications Experience in production elements and budgeting for live events, trade shows, and experiences. Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, logistics, and multiple stakeholders from concept through execution. Strong relationship-building skills working with vendors, venues, and cross-functional internal teams. Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and the ability to prioritize and adapt as plans evolve. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and clear briefing of partners. Proficiency with standard office and project management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, task tracking platforms). Understanding experiential trends and production needs. Bachelor’s degree in Production, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in metrics tracking, event reporting, and using data and feedback to refine future experiential programs.
