About the role
We are actively looking for applicants based in Alberta.
This role is REMOTE. Train from home and work from home. We offer PAID TRAINING.
We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of
- Monday to Saturday between 5:00am to 8:15pm MST (7am to 10:15pm ET)
This position starts on September 2**, 2025,** successful candidates MUST be available to start.

Responsibilities
- Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
- Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
- Document customer accounts accurately
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Qualifications

Must bring your own device. The device must:

- Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
- Have at least 8BG of RAM (memory)
- Have at least 500BM of free space (storage/HDD)
- Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
- Webcam

Bilingual Spanish is an asset

Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy

Ability to work flexible shifts

Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus
Compensation
- Hourly rate of $15.00 plus 4% vacation pay
