About the Opportunity

The Manager, Software and Digital Solutions leads the development, maintenance, and evolution of MNBC’s internal software systems, including the CRM Hub, which is built on SuiteCRM. This role oversees the Information Management and Digital Government teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and secure digital solutions supporting MNBC’s strategic objectives and cultural commitments.

The Manager ensures the reliability and performance of MNBC’s key digital platforms, including stabilizing and continuously improving the CRM environment, which manages sensitive citizen and program data. The role also supports broader digital transformation initiatives, cloud integration, automation, and data governance in close partnership with ministries, operational teams, and stakeholders across the organization.
