Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Executes change management activities to drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realization using structured methodologies. Partners with business leaders and project teams to maintain strategic alignment across the enterprise, assessing readiness, anticipating impacts, and mitigating risks. Builds organizational capability by embedding best practices, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement to sustain long-term change maturity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Execution of Change Activities
Design and deliver engagement, leadership, learning, and communication activities that support successful launch, adoption, and sustainment of initiatives.
Execute all aspects of change management plans, including communications, training programs, sponsorship roadmaps, resiliency coaching, and reinforcement strategies.
Monitor change management timelines, performance metrics, and activities to ensure standards and requirements are met.
Track and report progress, readiness, and adoption metrics; identify risks, issues and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies for escalation to senior advisors or leadership.
Liaise with individuals across the organization to ensure tactics support business strategies and broader project goals; track and report issues, escalating concerns as needed.
Change Strategy & Planning
Lead or collaborate on the development and execution of change management strategies that align with enterprise business requirements and project objectives.
Partner with business leaders, project teams, and others impacted by initiatives to identify change requirements and provide advice and specialist knowledge
Identify and forecast change management needs; conduct impact and readiness assessments using TransLink’s agreed methodologies and standardsto inform plans and deliverables.
Integrate change management plans and deliverables into overall project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and business strategies.
Capability Building and Continuous Improvement
Provide guidance and tools for people leaders and project teams, including templates and advice for low-risk or small-scale changes.
Research and maintain awareness of best practices, trends, and organizational priorities; recommend improvements to optimize change programs and services.
Support learning and development of change management practices across the enterprise through consultation, training, and coaching.
Provide advice and specialist knowledge in change management best practices, models, standards, policies, and procedures aligned to organizational methodology.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Five (5) years of experience applying change management principles and methodologies to support organizational initiatives, including conducting impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and integrating change plans into project delivery.
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) considered an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and their application within project delivery.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess readiness, conduct impact analysis, and identify risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including leaders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to coach and support people leaders and project teams to build change capability and drive adoption.
Proven collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships in complex environments.
Experience with change management tools and reporting dashboards for tracking readiness, adoption, and performance metrics.

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.
Work Schedule
37.5 hours per week.

This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C.
Rate of Pay
The salary for this position ranges from $84,480 - $126,720 per annum . Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.
