Responsabilité Générale : Comme technicien de maintenance votre rôle consiste principalement à effectuer de manière indépendante des réparations, de l'entretien et le dépannage des équipements Responsabilités Spécifiques: · L'entretien de routine et la réparation des équipements tels que les concasseurs, les pulvériseurs, les compresseurs et les échangeurs d’aire, les fours et le chauffage; · Entretien et réparation de matériel du laboratoire; · Plomberie et travaux de menuiserie; · Effectuer des travaux mineurs d’électricité; · Fournir des rapports au directeur du département; · Application correcte des produits et des méthodes conformément; · Familier avec toutes les règles de sécurité pour le laboratoire et la préparation d’échantillons; · Participer à la production du département de préparation. · Autres tâches assignées par le directeur, le directeur adjoint ou les superviseurs. Exigences au niveau de la connaissance, des qualifications et des capacités : · Forte connaissance en mécanique; · Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale; · Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit et connaissance de l’anglais; · Excellentes qualités relationnelles; · Excellente aptitude à résoudre les problèmes; · Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les délais. Qualifications Requises : · Diplome ou certificat electricite et mecanique industrielle . 5 ans d'expérience dans la réparation générale des équipements du laboratoire; · Bonne expérience dans la menuiserie, la plomberie et la peinture sera un atout; · 1 année d'expérience dans un environnement de préparation des échantillons; · Attestation ou de l'expérience dans l’utilisation des chariots élévateurs seront un atout; · Un certificat valide de secourisme sera un atout. Exigence physiques : · Possibilité de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres (23 kg) (l’assistance d’un autre employé/équipement de levage est obligatoire si le montant dépasse 50 livres); · La marche, l'escalade ou le mouvement, se pencher, s'agenouiller et de travailler avec des machines; · Confortable dans des environnements avec des niveaux de bruit élevés. Vous devrez porter des équipements de sécurité pour accomplir certaines tâches.
