Reports to: Head of School and Principal

Employment Terms: 6 hrs daily (30 hrs weekly or 60 hrs bi-weekly); Vacation: 4% added on top of bi-weekly pay; CPP: matching contribution; EI: matching contribution; Health & Dental Plan: matching contribution (100% employer-paid premiums following the successful completion of a one-school-year probationary period and meeting performance expectations).

Qualifications: Education Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Office Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience No minimum experience required, but proven self-starter skills, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school leadership and stakeholders. Required Clearances Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.

Key Responsibilities: Executive Administration Provide executive-level administrative support to the Head of School and Principal. Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and confidential records. Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Coordinate executive communications and follow up on action items. Maintain executive files and administrative systems. School Operations Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities. Support the planning and implementation of school-wide initiatives, events, and operational priorities. Assist with policy implementation, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate reporting deadlines, documentation, and administrative processes. Serve as a liaison between school leadership, staff, families, and external stakeholders. Strategic Initiatives Coordinate strategic projects and organizational priorities led by the Head of School and Principal. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress. Conduct research regarding field trips or off-site activities and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision-making. Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational planning. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
