About the role
A career as a Technical Advisor in the National Bank Investments’ (NBI) team means acting as a specialist to support the evolution of wealth management. This position allows you to have a positive impact by using your technical expertise to ensure compliance and efficiency in legal and regulatory activities related to the manufacturing of National Bank’s investment funds.
Your Role
• Participate in the preparation of documents related to investment funds, including fund facts and management reports of fund performance.
• Submit documents to regulatory authorities and external partners.
• Update and maintain databases.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather data and information.
• Propose innovative ideas to optimize and automate existing processes while ensuring follow-ups on your responsibilities.

Within this sector, you are part of a large team composed of many colleagues. You report to the Manager of Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Requirements
• College diploma in Administration or equivalent, and one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of DocuSign, JIRA, Salesforce, and Confluence is an asset.
• Rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and initiative.
• Knowledge of finance and wealth management products is an asset.
• Organizational skills.
• Priority management.
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Curiosity and effective collaboration.
Required Languages
• Spoken and written French and English.
