This role is ideal for a social media marketing professional who excels at both hands-on campaign management and knowledge transfer. You will collaborate directly with an experienced event management consultant to develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns—primarily on Meta platforms—while also providing practical, step-by-step training. The focus is on empowering the client to independently manage their own social media and advertising in the future. The business specializes in event management, consultancy, and training within the events, hospitality, and experiential marketing sectors, offering a dynamic environment for impactful digital marketing.
Deliverables
Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Meta platforms. Schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple social media channels. Provide clear, actionable guidance and best practices for campaign management and content strategy. Develop easy-to-follow documentation and walkthroughs for ongoing reference. Offer real-time feedback and support to build the client’s confidence and skills in social media marketing. Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing, especially with Meta Ads and multi-platform content scheduling. Strong ability to teach, mentor, and communicate complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner. Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices. Experience working with clients in the events, hospitality, or experiential marketing sectors is a plus. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a training-focused approach. Availability for remote collaboration and flexible scheduling.
