Put your expertise in the spotlight

Effectively supervises the design, development, production, and distribution of high quality, marketing, digital, sales, and event collateral materials. Ensures brand compliance and education of the Cirque du Soleil brand. Create compelling materials to drive TSD ticket sales. Coordinate the development of concepts, brand toolkits, marketing advertisements and assets, in coordination with agencies, designers and copywriters. Provide effective direction for design of print and digital materials, photo, TV and radioassets. Monitors all assigned production and follows through all phases of production including press checks, fulfillment and distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production and approval processes.

  • Update and follow production schedule, keep abreast of the promotional sales calendar, and manage team priorities.

  • Support marketing and promotional activations, sales campaigns and special projects by liaising with various Cirque departments, agencies, promoters and third parties.

  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain a cloud-based content site with the most updated marketing assets.

  • Act as liaison for the execution of national TSD communication initiatives in collaboration with Marketing Managers, Graphic and Content Manager, and other internal teams.

  • Ability to formulate concepts for layout designs for artwork and copy.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Creative Services Manager or Sr. Marketing Manager.

  • Help with ordering venue creative

  • Help with ordering market toolbox assets

You possess the following professional and technical skills:

  • Requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, considerable knowledge of customer service, strong word processing, and database skills, and ability to work effectively with others. Must be able to self-initiate activities, coordinate tasks and exhibit project management and follow-up skills. Strong typing and computer skills are necessary; expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other PC software required. Knowledge of social media platforms. Must be bilingual in both English and French-spoken and written.

  • College or University degree in a related field required.

  • 1-2 years of related work experience in brand marketing or project coordination.

  • Basic understanding of printing process, photography, illustration, typography, and editing an asset.

  • Creative trafficking, copywriting and editing skills.

  • Bilingual French and English spoken and written
