As an Internal Mobility Coordinator working in the Talent, Culture & Leadership team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the relocation and integration of internal employees and their families, ensuring compliance with tax and company policies throughout the process. Supporting the success of our large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will be a key part of the employee relocation experience efforts.
What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for Pomerleau employees undergoing internal relocation, offering end-to-end support throughout the mobility process.

Coordinate relocation logistics including travel arrangements, temporary housing, moving services, and family support (ex., schooling, spousal assistance).

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure seamless transitions and compliance with internal policies.

Provide guidance on internal mobility policies, relocation benefits, and tax implications.

Maintain accurate records of mobility cases and generate reports on mobility trends and metrics.

Support integration efforts for relocated employees to ensure a positive experience.

Partner with external vendors (relocation agencies, consultants, etc.) to deliver high-quality service.

Continuously collect feedback to improve internal mobility processes based on employee experiences and best practices.
This role could be for you if you have
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, with 3+ years in HR, talent mobility, or employee relocation coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Fluently bilingual in both official languages (French and English, written and oral).
