  • Oversee accounts receivable operations across all clinics, including payment processing, collections, and patient account management.
  • Monitor AR aging reports, prioritize collections, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Partner with clinic teams to resolve patient account inquiries and ensure consistency in billing and reconciliation practices.
  • Review and approve account adjustments, write-offs, and payment plans in accordance with PDG policies.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex patient billing or reconciliation concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute AR and reconciliation reports for the Controller and leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through process improvements and automation.
  • Support the onboarding of newly acquired clinics by leading AR integration and ensuring financial data consistency across systems.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • 4–5 years of experience in reconciliation, accounts receivable, billing, or revenue cycle management.
  • Experience in dental, medical, or multi-location environments is an asset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, ClearDent, NetSuite) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AR, collections, reconciliations, and patient billing processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Who You Are

  • A detail-driven professional who takes pride in accuracy and organization.
  • A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and an eye for improvement.
  • A collaborative partner who communicates clearly and supports others with patience and professionalism.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A trusted team member who upholds PDG’s values of integrity, accountability, and care.
