What You'll Do

• Meet daily production targets for window assembly

• Carefully handle parts, materials, tools, and equipment to prevent breakage or damage

• Combine frames and assemble jamb extensions, mullions, and brickmould

• Install casement and awning operators, hinges, cam locks, slider locks and rollers, and drain hole covers

• Cut and trim stops, install single-hung hardware, and insert sealed units into frames and sash

• Maintain quality standards with a 0% failure rate at the next station

• Reject and report any damaged frames to the supervisor

• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall facility cleanliness

• Ensure all operations are completed accurately and on schedule

• Participate in documented quality control processes

Qualifications

• Must live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Able to complete a high volume of work within deadlines

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude
