Premier Equipment is seeking a transformationalDirector of Operationsto help drive the next chapter of operational excellence across our John Deere Agriculture & Turf branch network.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, this role is aboutenterprise impact— aligning strategy to execution, elevating branch performance, developing high-performing leaders, and ensuring our customers experience the very best of Premier Equipment.

Responsibiliites:

###1. Elevate Branch Performance Across the Network

You will create clarity, alignment, and accountability across our branches — ensuring financial strength, operational consistency, and customer excellence. Your leadership will directly influence profitability, productivity, and market competitiveness.

###2. Build and Develop Exceptional Leaders

You will coach, challenge, and develop Branch Managers & Regional Sales Manager into confident, high-performing business leaders. Your success will be measured by the strength of your leadership bench and the culture of ownership you help cultivate.

###3. Translate Strategy into Results

Working closely with the VP of Operations, VP of Sales, and VP of Aftermarket, you will connect enterprise strategy to daily execution — ensuring priorities are clear, measurable, and achieved.

###4. Strengthen Operational Discipline and Continuous Improvement

You will champion best practices, operational rigor, and performance management systems that create consistency across locations while empowering local leadership.

###5. Influence at the Executive Level

As a senior leader, you will actively shape company-wide decisions, contribute to long-term strategic planning, and help position Premier Equipment for sustained growth.
