About the role
We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held organization in SW Edmonton to hire an Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator. This is a key front-facing role supporting the President while also acting as the central hub of the office.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment where they can take ownership and bring structure. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal direction.
This role is fully in office in SW Edmonton.
What You’ll Do
Provide dedicated support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and email triage Act as the first point of contact for the office, answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming communications Coordinate and prepare meetings, presentations, and boardroom logistics Support leadership with documents, correspondence, expense reminders, and administrative coordination Plan and coordinate company events, travel, and internal meetings Maintain office organization including filing, supplies, inventory, and general operations Assist with presentation creation and formatting using Word and PowerPoint Provide ad hoc administrative support across the team as needed What You Bring 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator role Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (ability to create professional documents, templates, and presentations) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a role with limited structure Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment is an asset Event planning or coordination experience is an asset
