About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures . Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations. Monitor and evaluate. Sign import and export documents on behalf of clients using power of attorney. Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients. Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit. Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
