To support this next phase of growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead a world-class, scalable, data-driven talent acquisition organization.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will own the strategy, execution, and performance of global hiring across all functions and geographies. This leader will transform recruiting into a predictable, high-quality, and scalable growth engine that enables the company to achieve aggressive business goals.
This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, analytics, employer branding, and hands-on execution discipline.
##Key Responsibilities
Global Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the company’s global talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth and profitability targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization across multiple regions.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Establish recruiting as a measurable, performance-driven function tied directly to business outcomes.
Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence
- Design and implement standardized, scalable recruiting processes across all functions and geographies.
- Implement best-in-class tools, automation, and AI-driven recruiting capabilities.
- Improve speed, quality, diversity, and predictability of hiring outcomes.
- Establish strong governance, hiring discipline, and decision frameworks.
Metrics & Data-Driven Performance
Own recruiting KPIs including:
- Time-to-fill and time-to-productivity
- Offer acceptance rates
- Quality-of-hire metrics
- Cost-per-hire
- Recruiter productivity and funnel conversion
- Diversity hiring outcomes
Build dashboards and reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
Executive & Strategic Hiring
- Personally lead and support hiring for critical leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build a differentiated global employer brand.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
Strengthen university, industry, and strategic sourcing partnerships.
Global Team Development
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing recruiters and recruiting leaders.
- Establish performance management and development frameworks for recruiting teams.
- Build recruiting hubs and centers of excellence where appropriate.
##Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience in high-growth technology or enterprise software companies.
- Proven experience scaling recruiting organizations within tech / B2B SaaS / e-commerce startups globally.
- Strong track record hiring across engineering, product, sales, and enterprise GTM functions.
- Deep experience implementing recruiting analytics and performance management frameworks.
- Experience building structured, repeatable recruiting processes in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience scaling companies from ~$50M to $300M+ revenue.
- Experience recruiting across North America, Europe, and APAC/India.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation in recruiting workflows.
Background working in telecom, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure technology companies.
