Role Overview:

You will lead the end-to-end delivery scope and timelines discussions with the customer, for a large-scale, multi-stream banking transformation programs, with a focus on Transaction Banking, Core Banking, Payments, Liquidity. You will be responsible for stabilising customer relationship, asserting boundaries between contractual commitments and evolving customer requirements, provide delivery oversight, ensure robust governance with the customer. You will own the "Single Source of Truth" for program status, ensuring that commercial, scope, and timeline reporting are transparent, synchronized.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Oversight the delivery of complex, multi-entity Core/Transaction Banking transformation program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Customer Management: Negotiate and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure that technical enhancements are commercially tracked and approved. Manage the rigorous definition and enforcement of scope boundaries. Lead the identification and formalization of "Change Requests" (CRs) vs. "Standard Implementation." Act as the primary escalation point for program delivery issues and risk mitigation.

Team Management: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams spanning business analysis, technology, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective resource allocation across streams.

Delivery Excellence: Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements. Proactively identifying and isolating "out-of-scope" requests. Drive cadence reviews, status reporting, escalation management, and change control processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Core Areas of Expertise End-to-end delivery oversight with strong technical acumen Deep domain expertise in Transaction Banking Risk, compliance, and regulatory management Stakeholder management up to CTO/CXO level Key Requirements: 17+ years of experience in Tier 1 IT Services, FinTech, or Product organizations 15+ years of progressive experience in IT product or banking technology delivery Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-country program in the Banking domain Strong knowledge of modern banking platforms and technologies (Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, APIs, Gen AI) Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies PMP/Prince2 certification preferred Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary global teams
