Responsibilities

As a Finance & Operations Associate at a high-growth company, you will be working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Support departments to provide the necessary support each individual business team needs on the accounting, bookkeeping, and operations side of things. Critical functions to keep the company running smoothly.

• Receive, process, and manage orders from customers and coordinate with our suppliers
• Complete customer invoicing, payment processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Prepare and complete bank reconciliations of bank statements
• Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliation, customer reconciliation, sales tax reconciliation, etc.
• Complete a variety of data entry and reporting tasks related to day-to-day business operations
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to coordinate payments, shipments, and contracts
