COMMISSIONAIRES OPERATIONS MANAGER CFB SUFFIELD
POSITION
Commissionaire, Operations Manager – CFB Suffield
RESPONSIBLE TO
Commissionaires – VP Service Delivery
Client - OC, Svcs Coy, CFB Suffield
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY
Manages own administration.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Must hold a valid Secret clearance at all times.
LANGUAGE
English (written and spoken).
HOURS OF WORK
Work contracted hours; overtime only with Client approval.
MANDATORY
- Fit to perform all assigned shifts
- Valid First Aid and WHMIS certificates
- Complete PFET as directed
- Comply with Post Orders, Base Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Routine Orders, and Corps policies
- Clock in/out per Corps policy
- Accept shifts from Divisional Coordination Centre
- Review and follow Terms of Reference (TOR)
DRESS
As per Corps policy or Regional Manager direction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure post coverage or designate replacement
- Deliver quality service to CFB Suffield
- Ensure staff safety, training, and performance management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship
- Maintain client relationships and consistent service delivery
- Ensure qualified staffing and compliance with all policies
- Report service and security issues promptly
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections
- Liaise with Base and client as needed
- Verify staff certifications, passes, and TOR completion
- Address billing issues via RSC Calgary
- Perform other duties within the contractual scope
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
All TOR amendments require approval by OC, B Svcs Coy, CFB Suffield.
