About the role
Senior Business Analyst Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a variety of IT initiatives planned for 2026 across multiple business units. These projects are primarily application‑focused and include enhancements, configuration work, and the development of business cases for future technology initiatives. This role involves collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure clear requirements, strong analysis, and successful solution delivery.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Develop detailed business requirements, specifications, workflows, and documentation to support application development and system enhancements
- Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, cost estimates, and analytical reports to support informed decision-making
- Provide guidance on both the strategic and tactical use of information technology within the business
- Define functional requirements for software development or application implementation
- Partner with technical teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues
- Work directly with end users to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clarity on solution outcomes
- Contribute to or support activities related to SharePoint migration from on‑premise environments to SharePoint Online (as needed)
Your strengths include:
- 5+ years of professional experience in information technology
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Sharepoint 2019 and deep knowledge of Sharepoint Online application is mandatory
- Strong understanding of system development, integration, and implementation methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project environments
