About the Role: Join us at ATCO Electric as a Supply Chain Clerk (Clerk III). As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, where you will be challenged to excel and make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supply Chain reporting – data collection, key metric monitoring, and dashboarding/reporting
  • Supporting Manager position with general administration activities to ensure focus on high value activities.
  • Timekeeping Support - acting as Supply Chain’s timekeeper
  • SharePoint support: uploading documents, managing site access, and assisting with navigation.
  • Intelex entry: logging inspections, incidents, and safety meetings. Supporting with meeting SLP Accountabilities.
  • Service Now: submitting and following up on IT service tickets.
  • Expense management: uploading receipts, coding expenses, preparing monthly reports, managing per diems and PPE expenses. Supporting personnel active in the field (Truck drivers, wildfire response, Asset Recovery)
  • Training support: coordinating training sessions, entering certifications, and completing personal training.
  • Ordering office and warehouse supplies and managing facility maintenance tickets (Vegreville & Nisku)
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on materials, training, and safety.
  • Booking travel and accommodations, managing interoffice mail and shipping.
  • Managing yearly renewals for fuel tanks and software.
  • Tracking scrap materials and creating sundry receipts.
  • Supporting miscellaneous tasks such as material location updates, backorder management, and shipping processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Grade 12 or G.E.D. and one year certificate from an accredited post-secondary institute in Business Administration or related discipline. Consideration may be given to significant related administrative experience. May be required to successfully complete a company skills assessment.
  • Minimum of 1 years related experience within a computerized environment
  • Knowledge of department and company policy and procedures would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of a variety of software applications with the ability to obtain advanced skill levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.)
  • Experience with databases (preferably Oracle, Salesforce and Maximo.)
  • Time keeping experience would be an asset.
  • Must be able to deal professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
