Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams. Support mission-critical applications in complex enterprise environments. Manage production support activities, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Ensure end-to-end operational ownership of applications and services. Debug, enhance, and optimize legacy Java applications. Support and troubleshoot batch-intensive processing environments. Execute and troubleshoot shell scripts, database procedures, and queries. Design and document technical, logical, sequence, and architecture diagrams. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve complex issues. Ensure application stability, performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

Java & Framework Expertise In-depth knowledge of SSL/TLS concepts. Experience with SSL configuration and troubleshooting in enterprise applications.

Application Support & Batch Processing

Extensive production support experience.
