With a deep understanding of B2B marketing, business strategy, and technology trends, you'll help shape strategic solutions that solve our client's biggest challenges during a critical period of growth and evolution. Reporting directly to the Senior Strategy Leader, you'll play a critical leadership role supporting the strategic direction of work across multiple business units and product platforms.
You Will

- Develop and own the strategic narrative across brand campaigns, messaging platforms, and digital experience initiatives, working with clients to build a multi-year (5-10 year) marketing platform vision
- Create compelling strategic assets including messaging guides, audience personas, and research frameworks that inform both client strategy and internal creative development
- Partner with client leadership to understand business models, competitive positioning, and evolving market dynamics—uncovering strategic needs even before the client recognizes them
- Identify emerging industry trends, particularly in technology and AI, providing strategic POV on their impact to the client's brand positioning and customer engagement strategies
- Facilitate strategic workshops and working sessions with large, cross-functional client teams and internal agency stakeholders to align on strategy and creative direction

- Manage complex client relationships serving as a trusted strategic advisor to client marketing leadership
- Collaborate across disciplines (creative, media, marketing science, research, project delivery) to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities within a fast-moving, highly competitive industry landscape
You Have
- 6+ years of experience in integrated strategy and campaign development, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and adapt to evolving business needs
- 2+ years in a senior strategic role, demonstrating success managing sophisticated client relationships and leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise in B2B marketing strategy and deep understanding of enterprise marketing platforms, tools, and ecosystems
- Breadth of knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines (brand strategy, digital marketing, web/digital experience, and ideally some exposure to performance marketing or marketing analytics)
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to navigate organizational complexity, manage senior-level relationships, and identify unarticulated client needs
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills—comfortable developing and leading strategy sessions and collaborative working sessions with large teams
- Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution, equally comfortable in big-picture planning and rolling up your sleeves to get work done
- A talent for simplifying complex ideas, uncovering insights, and synthesizing diverse information into clear strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making
- Curiosity about business strategy, emerging technology trends (particularly AI), and how they intersect with marketing and brand strategy
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines and competing priorities
- Bonus*if you have experience collaborating with performance marketing teams or working in highly technical/platform-driven client environments
