The Village of Erin Meadows located in 2930 Erin Centre Blvd., Mississauga, ON has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Care Aide Medication Certified Temp PT 2:00 -10pm (4 shifts 30 hours bi-weekly Egerton) to join our team.

As a new Medication Certified Personal Care Aide (Med Cert PCA) joining our Village, you will:
- Administers medications to medically stable residents.
- Records any substantial changes in resident’s care and/or health (e.g., bruises,
skin tears, vitals, weight) into the system and notifies the village Registered
team member. - Provides topical skin care treatments, hearing aid, glasses, and denture care,
under direction of Registered team member. - Assists residents with personal care, hygiene, dining and Activities of Daily
Living (ADL) as outlined in the Plan of Care (or Service Plan). - Records TPR (temperature, pulse and respiration) on admission and or as
delegated by Clinical Lead. - Co-operates with all departments/team members to ensure a safe and
comfortable living and working environment, including maintaining and
cleaning resident’s equipment and belongings; and nursing equipment. - Performs other duties as assigned
To be successful as our new Personal Care Aide Medication Certified (PCA Med Cert), you will:
- Have successfully completed a Medication Administration certificate or course
