About the role
The Centralized Administrative Processing Department at Cambrian is a centralized team of administrative processing operations, designed to streamline end-to-end member service, regardless of how our members choose to interact with us.
Cambrian is seeking a Centralized Administrator I to join our team. As a key member of the Centralized Administration team, the Centralized Administrator I is responsible to provide accurate and timely completion of all level I administrative tasks such as but not limited to security requests, clearing, scanning, and processing / distributing internal / external documents.
As a Centralized Administrator I, you will:

Be responsible for the accurate and safe handling of routine member & customer banking documents and transactions within established operating controls, policies, and procedures.

Strive to complete all administrative activities accurately and efficiently within designated timeframes.

Accurately and independently follow documented (written) procedures to complete tasks, even when the procedure is not familiar.

Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to focus on tasks of a repetitive nature.

Embrace environment of continuous improvement by leaning into change, asking questions, and sharing ideas that move processes forward, and taking ownership of process improvements.

Demonstrate personal commitment to working in a changing team environment through positive performance and reliability.

Promote a culture of member service excellence with a high desire to work co-operatively within a team to share knowledge, ideas and feedback.

Continuously operate within the framework of Cambrian’s policies; consistently apply all risk and due diligence pertaining to policies, practices and activities.
In this role, you must be able to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
We are looking for:
- A minimum education level of Grade 12 or equivalent, with post-secondary education considered an asset.
- One year administration experience is considered an asset, preferably in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in PC applications of Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Strong reading comprehension; strong written and oral communication.
- Ability to work well in a diverse environment with multiple and often changing priorities.
