We provide complete operational, engineering, and customer support solutions, including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing activities, and sales for the global regional aircraft industry. We are looking for a In Service Engineering Specialist - Hydro-Mechanical to join our In‑Service Engineering team.
Job Summary
Your main responsibilities will be to provide support and resolve short‑term technical service issues for the CRJ aircraft series, including permanent or temporary repairs to ensure a rapid return to service for AOG aircraft.
Your contribution as a In Service Engineering Specialist - Hydro-Mechanical :

Prepare and issue return-to-service engineering documentation, including REOs, Instructions, and SNIEOs.

Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from field service representatives (FSRs) and operators.

Participate in operator conferences, technical reviews, and periodic activity reporting.

Support troubleshooting, repair implementation, and occasional on-site assistance through the Mobile Repair Team (MRT).

Monitor, analyze, and improve aircraft systems such as flight controls, hydraulics, and landing gear for in-service fleets.

Conduct technical investigations, validate system performance, and prepare or review testing and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers, operators, and multidisciplinary internal teams to resolve operational issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
What you need to succeed
- You have a university degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering. A specialization related to hydro‑mechanical systems is preferred.
- You have experience in maintenance or technical support for hydro‑mechanical systems; technical experience with CRJ or Challenger aircraft is an asset. Airline experience is also an asset.
- You are familiar with Windows and Office software.
- You have strong presentation and communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- You have strong technical investigation skills.
- You are autonomous, enthusiastic, highly organized, customer‑oriented, willing to travel, and available for on‑call duty.

MHCIA conducts quality control and inspections of incoming components and materials, assembles work kits and warehouses the inventory that keeps our assembly facility running smoothly.
