Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer service standards, and managing the store team. Additional responsibilities include implementing retail loss prevention strategies and maintaining effective communication with both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
