ProxyLink is teaming with a client located in the West GTA to hire an experienced Digital Brand & Partnerships Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about building engaging digital campaigns, growing online communities, and developing impactful creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and manage content calendars that support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and strategic brand partners. Coordinate influencer campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and oversee campaign execution from planning through reporting. Monitor social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, sales, and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to recommend innovative marketing strategies. Prepare performance reports and present insights that support future marketing initiatives. Manage external agencies and vendors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, influencer marketing, or social media. Experience managing digital campaigns and creator partnerships for consumer-focused brands. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital analytics. Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
