MPE, a division of Englobe, is seeking an Intermediate Municipal Engineer or Technologist to join our team in our MPE Regina office.
The ideal candidate is a professional engineer or licensee who is a self-starter, eager to work on diverse and impactful infrastructure projects within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Your Contribution:
Your main responsibilities
- Engineering design
- Project Management
- Client communications
- Collaboration with other disciplines and regulators
- Contract administration during construction
- Field work as required
- Prepare technical reports and proposals
MPE’s Regina region covers a broad range of municipal engineering services including:
- Water treatment and distribution
- Wastewater collection, treatment and pumping facilities
- Stormwater management
- Rural and urban transportation
- Infrastructure assessments and rehabilitation programs
- Involvement in all project phases including conceptualization, detailed design, tendering, construction contract administration, and resident engineering.
Your Profile:
What makes you unique
- Professional Engineer or Engineering Licensee designation in Saskatchewan (APEGS) or equivalent from out of province
- 5+ years’ of relevant experience in the field of Municipal/Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Working knowledge of local regulations and design requirements of water, sewer, stormwater and transportation systems
- Project Management experience would be preferred but not a requirement
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and transportation
