Technicien contrôle qualité / Flux Quality Control Technician
About the role
Technicien(ne) de Laboratoire À titre de Technicien(ne) de laboratoire dédié au contrôle qualité, vous aurez la chance de travailler au sein d'une équipe d'expert afin de fournir un soutien en chimie analytique à notre petite usine de fabrication. Vous aurez aussi la chance de participer à l’assurance qualité de nos produits chimiques en plus d’offrir un soutien ponctuel auprès d’autres départements de l’entreprise.
Quelles seront vos responsabilités?
- Préparer des solutions pour analyse par ICP-OES;
- Utiliser et entretenir un appareil ICP-OES;
- Participer à l’élaboration de protocoles de validation de méthodes d’analyse par ICP-OES;
- Effectuer des essais de contrôle qualité sur les fondants (perte au séchage et perte à la fusion, taille de particules, densité et vérification des contenants et étiquettes);
- Utiliser d’autres systèmes d’analyse tels que titrateur automatique, Mastersizer 3000, XRF…
- Entretenir l’environnement du laboratoire, ses équipements et ses outils;
- Participer à certains travaux et tâches d’assurance qualité;
- Faire des tâches de laboratoires associées à d’autres projets.
Dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin de:
- Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en chimie analytique ou un Bac en chimie;
- Connaissances en analyse par ICP-OES;
- Connaissances en analyse par XRF (un atout);
- Très bonne connaissance de la suite Office, plus particulièrement Excel (niveau avancé);
- Bon français parlé et écrit;
- Un bon sens de l’organisation;
- Dextérité;
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de façon logique.
- Des connaissances intermédiaires en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, sont requises en raison de l’utilisation d’outils et de documentation technique disponibles uniquement en anglais, ainsi que d’interactions occasionnelles avec des employés de la maison mère située hors du Québec.
Les atouts :
- Expérience en ICP-OES et/ou en XRF (atout);
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Connaissances en assurance qualité et système qualité;
- Formation SIMDUT (atout).
