The Content team helps brands connect with consumers through partnerships, sponsorships, branded content, and cultural activations across entertainment, sports, lifestyle, and digital platforms. We combine consumer insights with media and cultural expertise to deliver innovative, measurable solutions that drive impact.
Purpose of the Role The Coordinator, Content & Partnerships will support the development and execution of creative media partnerships, sponsorships, and branded content campaigns across multiple channels including TV, digital, social, and experiential. This role is key in turning client briefs into impactful ideas, contributing to ideation, and ensuring flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities Partnership & Campaign Support
- Assist in developing creative responses to briefs, including brainstorming, research (client, competitor, media landscape), and proposal support.
- Support execution of media partnerships and sponsorships across TV, radio, digital, social, influencer, and experiential platforms.
- Coordinate day-to-day communications with clients, media vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage timelines, workback schedules, deliverables, and status reports to ensure smooth project flow.
- Track campaign budgets, spending, and asset delivery.
- Assist with quality assurance and compile post-campaign reports.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build a strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and objectives.
- Provide excellent client service, anticipating needs and ensuring clear communication.
- Develop and nurture relationships with media partners, talent, and vendors.
Sponsorship & Content Activation
- Support the project management of sponsorship and branded content programs.
- Assist in developing measurement frameworks and reporting on partnership performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sponsorship and content activations align with overall media strategies.
Skills & Behaviours

- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, media partnerships, content marketing, sponsorship, or related field (internships and co-op experience welcome).
- Familiarity with media, advertising, or sponsorship industry considered an asset.
