What you do
- Acquire and onboard new retail and business members through proactive conversations.
- Uncover members' needs and identify sales opportunities through Financial Health Checks.
- Recommend and deliver everyday banking, lending, and investment solutions.
- Manage small accounts and build a strong sales pipeline through referrals and follow‑up.
- Support front‑line and omni‑channel interactions while contributing to a collaborative Advice Centre.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a sales environment.
- Exposure to lending and investment products and needs‑based selling.
- Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Strong communication skills, financial curiosity, and comfort with technology.
- Grade 12 (or equivalent); post‑secondary education in Business or Marketing is an asset.
Compensation
- Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.
- The salary for this role is $46,000 to $57,500. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
