The Role:
As the Administrative Technology Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and technical support for the office. You’ll support project tracking, reporting, data entry, and documentation processes across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly comfortable with technology and AI tools, and has strong organizational skills.
Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain project documentation, timelines, and tracking systems.

Support project setup and close-out processes in our project management platforms.

Compile and maintain accurate project data, metrics, and reports for internal stakeholders.

Assist with workload tracking, resource planning, and milestone monitoring.

Communicate with team members across departments to collect project updates and input.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various systems and spreadsheets.

Identify and implement opportunities for process and reporting improvements.

Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking when required.
What you bring:

2-5 years’ experience in administrative coordination, project administration, or data management.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Experience with project management or ERP tools (e.g. Clickup, CoreBQE, or similar) is considered an asset.

Experience managing documentation and data cleanup in digital environments

Aptitude for learning new technologies and willingness to use AI-powered tools

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Post-secondary education in business, project management, administration, or a related field.
