About the role

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Sales team in Vancouver as a New Home Consultant with a focus on selling new homes. As part of the Onni sales team you will have the opportunity to represent some of the best product in the Metro Vancouver. and play a key part in continually defining the market standard for selling new home real estate. Candidates must have experience in real estate and new home sales. This position will be in the Vancouver area.

What You Will Do:

  • Guide clients through the buying process, aligning their needs and wants with a particular home.
  • Present and communicate a variety of floor plans, features, and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Close sales for new homes to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Engage with the outside real estate community to develop activities, including residential development, property and construction management, as well as leasing, sales, and marketing.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and accurately informing clients about the home buying process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting new homes and generating leads.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have before, during, and after the home buying process.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of open houses and other promotional events to showcase new homes and attract potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including construction, finance, and legal departments, to ensure smooth and timely transactions for clients.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Valid real estate trade services license is an asset.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Post-Secondary education.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lasso are assets.

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $48,000
