Location: The position is based at our Mississauga location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Why join our team? The Compressor Aerodynamic intern will be responsible for running aerodynamic analysis programs on various high-performance compressors (axial and centrifugal). They shall assume responsibility for improving prediction accuracy through improved modelling. The intern contributes to the compressor aerodynamic department by applying their knowledge and skills by creating performance correlations and matching to test data. If you are a professional able to work independently and have a thorough knowledge of the aerodynamic discipline, airfoil design and optimization, we invite you to apply.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Conduct validation test runs using meanline and CFD codes
- Summarize data and correlations
- Identify the opportunities for prediction improvements
- Report the key learnings
What do you need to be successful?
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
- Pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering
- Excellent communication skills in English(spoken/written). French is an asset.
Assets:
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities
