As Housekeeping Manager, You Will

Lead, coach, and support a housekeeping team of 10–20+ employees, fostering a positive and accountable team environment Plan, schedule, and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces are cleaned, inspected, and maintained to the highest standards Conduct room inspections and quality assurance checks, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to team members Recruit, onboard, train, and develop housekeeping staff while supporting their professional growth Manage department scheduling, labour costs, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies Respond to guest concerns and special requests professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution Ensure all health, safety, and company policies are followed while maintaining a safe work environment Collaborate with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental and hotel goals

Who You Are

Previous housekeeping experience is required

Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally managing a team of 10–20+ employees Strong organizational, scheduling, and team management skills Experience with inventory management and departmental budgeting is considered an asset Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
