Location: 417 Connell St, Woodstock, New Brunswick
We are seeking to hire a Bilingual Payroll Administrator who shares our core values of Heart, Integrity, and Drive. This role is ideal for individuals with transferable skills such as strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and customer service experience. No previous payroll experience or formal education is required; we will provide training. The only essential requirement is being fluent in both French and English.
Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) is one of the largest restaurant franchisees in North America, owning and operating over 400 Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Burger King, and Panera Bread locations across 20 provinces and states. With a presence in all 10 Canadian provinces and 11 U.S. states, FMI is proud to employ over 6,000 people. All operations are coordinated from our Support Center in Woodstock, New Brunswick.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll for all company employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support payroll processes by auditing reports, verifying data, and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure personnel and pay data are up-to-date
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll
- Assist with preparing reports, forms (such as records of employment and tax forms), and reconciling payroll data
- Support in implementing salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation changes
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
- Contribute to process improvements and learn our payroll procedures
What You’ll Need:
- Transferable skills such as strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and customer service experience
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other basic computer applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A positive attitude, motivation to learn, and a commitment to confidentiality
