Location: Innisfail, Alberta Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into project files to understand scope, estimates, and technical requirements.
  • Support the full project lifecycle: from planning through execution to completion.
  • Act as a key connector across departments including engineering, design, and procurement.
  • Help drive project schedules, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Assist in managing budgets, milestones, and evolving project scope.
  • Contribute to change management by evaluating cost and schedule impacts.
  • Maintain visibility on materials, drawings, documentation, and critical deliverables.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive experience for clients.
  • Support commercial aspects of projects and help ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role within manufacturing.
  • Experience as an Instrumentation Technician or Designer considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, workflows, and terminology.
  • Working knowledge of P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
  • Ability to quickly learn, research, and apply industry best practices in Oil & Gas and Manufacturing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Strong documentation habits: organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
