Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As aSystems Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable system and functional requirements. You will analyze business processes, evaluate system capabilities, and support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enable operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business outcomes. Working collaboratively across business, product, and IT partners, you will ensure solutions are aligned to organizational priorities, scalable, and fit for purpose.

This is aFull-time, Permanent role, based at our Head Office, in Vancouver, British Columbia and will report directly to theManager, Application Technology.

Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position is for an existing vacancy and provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands when needed.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Translating complex business requirements into well‑defined technical and functional specifications that development and delivery teams can execute against

  • Improving operational efficiency through analysis and optimization of business processes, reducing manual effort, rework, and system friction

  • Reducing delivery and execution risk by ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business, technology, and compliance expectations

  • Accelerating value realization by supporting timely delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs and improve user experience

  • Strengthening cross‑functional collaboration by acting as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology delivery teams

  • Supporting sustainable change through documentation, testing support, and knowledge transfer that enable smooth adoption of new or enhanced systems

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business systems analysis or a related

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience working in the Financial Services or Financial Technologies industries with a focus on Payments & Compliance Technology

  • Data‑driven mindset, with an ability to analyze transaction data and resolve discrepancies

  • End‑to‑end systems thinking, understanding upstream and downstream impacts

  • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) designation or similar is an asset

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of**$75,700 - $93,450 per annum**. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligiblefor our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
