The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an ambitious Sales Coordinator to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. As the Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting Sales Representatives with customer equipment orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

Processing equipment orders and maintaining accurate data in the CRM Issuing purchase orders, receiving vendor invoices, and invoicing customers Coordinating freight on equipment and/or attachments Communicating weekly deal updates to Sales Representatives Managing costs to ensure profit, gross margin, and budget targets are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

1 to 3 years of prior work experience in sales coordination and/or customer service is required Experience in a related manufacturing or heavy machinery industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to work effective independently Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base pay range for this role is: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Brampton, Ontario.
