Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the Oil and Gas Industry in Edmonton, Alberta. A Typical Day
- Coordinating meetings and conferences, calendar management
- Filing physical and electronic documents
- Ordering supplies, record keeping
- Answering phone calls
- sorting/distributing mail
- May work in special projects including: recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- MS Office and email systems
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and customer service experience
- Attention to detail
Total Rewards
- 1- year contract position
- Monday to Friday in office - 7:30 or 8:00 prefers 7:30 - 5 days a week 8 hr days
- 5+ year of experience in the admin field
- Location: NW Edmonton
