What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing shipment documents and ensuring all paperwork is accurate
- Verifying driver expenses and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets
- Facilitating communication across departments
- Handling driver calls and managing delivery logistics
The Hiring Process
